Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking to hire an Assistant Teaching Professor of Philosophy with interest in teaching introductory courses in general philosophy and a range of topics in applied ethics (including environmental ethics, computer ethics, and, potentially, business ethics). The position offers an 80% teaching (4 courses each term), 10% research, 10% service effort distribution. Preferred candidates will have experience in course development and innovative pedagogical strategies. Some online instruction may be available. Appointment Details: Initial Contract will be for three years, subject to satisfactory annual review.
