About the Role The position focuses on research in socially responsible algorithm design and human-centered AI, with particular emphasis on one or more of the following areas:
The postdoctoral fellow is expected to conduct independent research, collaborate across disciplines, contribute to publications, and participate in the intellectual life of both the philosophy and computer science departments. The successful candidate may also, where appropriate, supervise undergraduate and master’s student research projects. Grant applications are strongly encouraged, and the fellow will be supported in developing independent funding opportunities. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. A co- supervisor may be arranged depending on the successful candidate’s research focus.
