Assistant Professor

TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY, PHILOSOPHY DEPARTMENT, Lubbock, TX. Tenure-Track Assistant Professor, beginning Fall 2027. Ph.D. prior to appointment required. AOS: Social/Political Philosophy, Philosophy of Law, or Ethics. AOC: Open. Undergraduate and graduate teaching. An ability and willingness to teach in a future PPE program is a strong preference. The teaching load is 2/2. Research expectations typical of major research institutions. Some thesis supervision.  Service to the department, college, and university is expected. Salary competitive. Summer work available.
