| Job description |
The Department of Philosophy at Brown University is looking to hire one tenure-track Assistant Professor specializing in aspects of Early Modern Philosophy other than Kant, beginning July 1, 2027. The appointee for this position is expected to maintain an active research agenda on Early Modern philosophers other than (or as well as) Kant; to teach 3 courses per academic year; to advise undergraduate and graduate students; and to perform departmental and university service. AOS: Early modern philosophy, other than Kant. AOC: Open
