Postdoctoral Scholar Teaching Fellow in History and Philosophy of Science

The Division of the Humanities and Social Sciences at the California Institute of Technology invites applications for a two-year Postdoctoral Scholar Teaching Fellowship to begin in time for Caltech’s fall term 2027. We welcome applications from candidates working in the field of History and Philosophy of Science, with a focus on the 19th and/or 20th century. The successful candidate will be expected to teach two (approximately ten-week) undergraduate courses in the first year of their appointment and three undergraduate courses in their second year. The appointment is contingent upon completion of the Ph.D.
