Postdoc position (EXPIRED)

The Department of Philosophy and the Tilburg Center for Logic and Philosophy of Science invite applications for a three-year full-time postdoc position, commencing April 1, 2012 (or earlier). The successful candidate is expected to work on the DFG-funded project “Explanatory Reasoning: Normative and Empirical Considerations”. The position is open to candidates with a PhD in philosophy or cognitive psychology and an interest in working in a very active international and interdisciplinary research environment. The selected candidates will start with a contract for one year, concluded by an evaluation. Upon a positive outcome of the first-year evaluation, the candidate will be offered an employment contract for the remaining two years.
