Assistant Professorship in Philosophy

at the chair for philosophy and philosophy of science (with special emphasis in logic and epistemology) (Prof. Spohn). The position starts at October 1st, 2012 and lasts for three years, with a possible prolongation.

The applicant should have acquired (or be about to acquire) a Ph.D. in philosophy, philosophical quality is of first importance, but pertinence to the special profile of the chair and the department is desirable. Research should lead to a Habilitation (which is required in Germany for further career).
