Job description |
The philosophy department at Colgate University invites applications for a tenure stream position in philosophy at the rank of Assistant Professor, beginning fall semester 2018. AOS: Open. AOC: any area in the history of philosophy with the exceptions of ancient philosophy and Kant and nineteenth-century philosophy. Completion of Ph.D. is expected prior to or shortly after the date of hire. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain an active research program. He or she will also be expected to participate in all-university programs, including the Liberal Arts Core Curriculum. Candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, CV, at least three reference letters, a writing sample, a statement about research, and a statement about teaching through https://academicjobsonline.org/ajo/jobs/10286.
