Seton Hill University seeks an Assistant Professor of Philosophy for a tenure-track position starting August 2018. The faculty member will teach a range of courses in the discipline, including Introduction to Philosophy, Introduction to Ethics, Logic and Argument, Asian Perspectives, Philosophy of Art, and other courses in undergraduate Philosophy. Seton Hill University offers a minor in Philosophy, and all students are required to study Philosophy as part of the Liberal Arts curriculum. Ph.D. required. Willingness to teach across the Liberal Arts Curriculum preferred. Background or teaching experience in Medical Ethics, Business Ethics, Legal Studies, or Environmental Ethics desirable.
